888 by New Orleans Luxury Collection is the perfect place for large groups of families and friends to enjoy curated apartment style living with hotel services. Located in the heart of the Warehouse District, guests are minutes away from the French Quarter and Convention Center. As New Orleans’ first apartment hotel, 888 boasts a range of luxe rooms—from cozy studios to four bedroom suites with full kitchens. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in.
ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.
BEDROOM: This property sleeps 8 guests in 3 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.
KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has comfortable seating, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.
AMENITIES: This property includes a fully-equipped gym, rooftop deck, and bar.
PARKING: Once booked, we suggest reviewing SpotHero to find a parking option that best suits your needs.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Games, and toys are provided upon availability.

Guests have exclusive use of the entire property.
Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and unique door code 24 hours before check-in. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders or contact us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.
Surveillance Camera: For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at the entrances and exits. No surveillance is located inside the property.
Luggage Storage: 888 by New Orleans Luxury Collection offers secured luggage storage lockers for our guests. We have several luggage storage lockers that are able to be reserved on a first come basis. The management will not be held liable against any lost or damaged valuables.
